Ingredients:
- bacon
- red pepper (chopped)
- green pepper (chopped)
- onion (chopped)
- green beans (ends snapped off)
- 1/2 cup water
Directions:
Cook bacon in pan. Remove bacon when crisp, and pat dry. Add red pepper and green pepper to bacon drippings; cook over medium heat until tender, stirring occasionally. Add onion to peppers, and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Add beans and water; stir thoroughly. Cover pan with foil or lid and cook over low-medium heat until tender. Toss vegetables with bacon in bowl and serve.
