Veggie Slaw

Ingredients:
1 medium head of cabbage
3 smallish yellow squash
3 smallish zucchini’s
1 bunch of radishes
1 bunch of smallish scallions
4 large carrots
USE your shredder/Cuisinart shred all of above, place in large bowl.

One half cup to one cup miracle whip (less is always better)
One tablespoon of cilantro
One tablespoon of celery seed
One tablespoon of dill weed
One teaspoon of salt
Put all of the dressing ingredients in your Cuisinart pulse quickly until blended, scrape out, put into large bowl of veggies.

REFRIGERATE overnight or at least four hours to completely chill. Remove from bowl and discard most of the liquid at the bottom (the liquid is from the h2o that the salt pulls from the veggies).

Put salad back into a decorative serving bowl and ENJOY….YUM, light healthy and nutritious.
